What is your delivery charge?
Delivery is €15 to anywhere in Ireland, regardless of the order size.

What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to every part of mainland Ireland, even the remotest parts.

What kind of delivery service can I expect?
We no longer use couriers in Ireland and all our deliveries are carried out by our own staff which means you can expect a very good service. You will have plenty of notice and ongoing communication with the driver on your day of delivery. To keep the cost of the service so low many deliveries are carried out by a single driver. He will nearly always be able to deliver your furniture onto your property without any assistance. If assisted, the driver will be able to help further in moving furniture to a desired room in your home but he will use his discretion if he believes there is a risk of damage to property or a risk of injury (please see Terms and Conditions)

How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Each item on our website has an expected delivery wait time. We aim to deliver all items within the time stated. We will always contact you if your delivery is going to take longer than you were previously informed. We also undertake urgent deliveries and we are often able to deliver furniture far quicker than the times stated on our website.

When do you deliver?
We deliver every day Monday to Friday. We always try to arrange a day and time that is suitable for you. You will be contacted 1-2 days in advance to arrange an approximate delivery time with you. Evening deliveries can often be undertaken although they cannot be guaranteed. It is important that there will be someone at home at a time agreed with us as we may not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it may take up to 5 days to arrange a new delivery date.

Can I collect my furniture?
You can collect your furniture from our warehouse near Belfast once we have notified you that it is ready for collection
